Chicago and the Process Expo
Process Expo has returned to Chicago, yes folks, the time has come. Pack a bag and board the plane as the show gets underway from Oct 8th – 11th 2019. The McCormick Place is happy to reunite us all once more. If you don’t know, the show shines a spotlight on the meat industry, from packing to processing and everything in between. Industry professionals are invited to come and see what is new in the industry from, regulations to innovation. A chance meet new people and visit with friends from across the America’s.
what will you find here?
We will be there with the Stagionello® packed with salami, giving out samples of local but traditional Italian made product. The Maturmeat® will be fired up and on display, showing customers how easy it is to get a dry aging program setup in their business. Legend Slicers will make its fist appearance in our stand. This well crafted recreation of the Berkel flywheel slicer, is a functional and unique addition to any business or home. We can’t forget the Martini Smoke oven, the solid American built powerhouse. Since 1972, these ovens have been giving Americans the chance to create their own product in-house. Cold/hot smoke, cook, ferment, steam, dry and roast, with the Martini 280 you can do it all.
Will you be coming to Chicago?? if so come by and see us at booth 3621 in the main hall of McCormick Place

First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that
I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and
clear your head before writing. I’ve had a tough time
clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing however it just
seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any suggestions or hints? Appreciate
it!
thanks for the comment,
I create a basic roadmap of info i want to presen. If there is a specific phrase, line or paragraph i want to use i add it there first so that i dont forget it.
Hope that helps
Will trade shows like this return????
In my opinion NO, not anytime soon. We have deposits down on a couple of different events but they continuously get delayed and pushed further and further away
Will there be an Restaurant show in 2021?
The Restaurant show usually takes place in May, i would imagine with the current state of things that it is more than likely to be an online show only. Time will tell
