Stagionello® 200/600kg Walk-In

Stagionello® 200/600 is a specialized model for large volumes of salami production in a small space. This is the ideal solution when producing multiple batches of salami with a production cycle of 200kg every 7 – 9 days, with a monthly production of around 800kg of product. The number of products and cycles varies depending on the type and diameter of salami.
